We find that with decks, attention to the details is a key component. You can either have a handyman deck built off the cuff at a bargain rate, and hope for the best...and we have seen some dandy examples of how not to build a deck. Or spend the time and money, your hard earned money getting the plans and designs completed, which is required for any deck over 200 square feet, more than two steps of the ground or attached to the home in anyway. And have that deck system built by someone who knows what they are doing and takes pride in what they build. We know our decks are flat, solid and built to last because we build them right to exceed current code requirements and standard building practices.
