Mountain Modern Design+Build is a Middleton, Idaho based Mountain Modern residential design+building company with a focus on designing and build on your land high performance homes, whole house renovations, additions. We also design and build custom shops, garages, outbuildings, garage and shop storage, decks, patios, outdoor kitchens, pergola and shade systems and provide custom carpentry and woodworks.
We strive to meet energy efficiency and sustainable building practices and our customs homes, whole house renovations and additions are built using the Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home concepts and standards.
Most of the custom homes, additions and other project we design and build blend elements from various architectural styles.
This is because architectural styles are not always distinct, and can overlap and influence each other in different ways. As we design and build we try not to get stuck in one style. We try to focus on bringing the mountain, modern, metro, urban or farmhouse type styles together in a style that fits you and your goals.
